Case coordination, medical-record organization, professional translation, appointment logistics and travel support are separate functions. Clinical opinions must come from identified, appropriately qualified clinicians.
Transparency standard
Until legal entity, named team members and credentials are approved for publication, we do not display invented staff profiles or imply that coordinators are doctors.
Before paid service begins
The site will publish the contracting entity, registered address, responsible contact, service boundaries, fee terms and complaint process.
