We consider specialty fit, clinical capability, international-patient process, language support, expected timing and whether the institution is willing to review the case.
What we verify
Before presenting a provider, the case team should document the institution, department, clinician role, source of referral, current availability and whether a formal cooperation agreement exists.
What we do not promise
Hospital admission, specialist availability, treatment eligibility, visa approval, price and timing remain subject to independent review and confirmation.
Information shared with patients
Patients receive the institution and clinician identity before medical records are shared, together with the purpose and scope of the transfer.
