CAR-T therapy

CAR-T is a personalized cellular therapy initially approved for selected hematological malignancies, including specific types of leukemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma. Its application has expanded to solid tumors, specifically advanced gastric cancer. Eligibility covers both selected hematological malignancies and targeted advanced gastric solid tumors. Overall suitability depends on a definitive pathological diagnosis, prior systemic treatment, current disease status, tumor biomarker expression, vital-organ function, performance status and the receiving center’s criteria.
